About the show
At present, China is still in the stage of rapid industrialization and urbanization, and industrial development costs a lot in terms of resources and environment. With the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization, the contradiction between economic development and resources and the environment has become increasingly acute, which has become a prominent problem restricting China’s sustainable development. Therefore, it is imperative to take the road of circular economy development, establish and implement the strategy of resource regeneration, establish the system of main resource recycling utilization, greatly improve the efficiency of resource utilization and reduce the consumption of resources and energy.
Additive manufacturing (3D printing), remanufacturing and other technologies are increasingly becoming tools to solve this problem. After years of development, China’s additive manufacturing and remanufacturing technology has made great progress, has formed a complete set of technology, materials, post-processing, sales of a complete industrial chain, but the current industrial chain is not mature enough. Both at the government level and within the industry, China is strongly calling for the creation of its own innovative chain, innovation chain and industrial chain, and pushing forward the in-depth development of additive manufacturing and remanufacturing technology in all walks of life. In December 2017, twelve departments including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Education, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, and the Intellectual Property Office jointly issued the Action Plan for the Development of Additive Manufacturing Industry (2017-2020), which stated that the annual sales revenue of additive manufacturing industry would exceed 20 billion yuan by 2020, with an average annual growth rate of more than 30%. Thus we can see the importance and development potential of additive manufacturing technology.
In this context, the 6th Asia (Shenzhen) Additive Manufacturing Technology Conference and Exhibition, sponsored by Guangdong Additive Manufacturing Association, Guangdong Laser Industry Association and Laser Advanced Manufacturing Research Institute of Zhejiang University of Technology, will be held from May 17 to 19, 2018. The 6th Asian conference (shenzhen) to add material manufacturing technology is divided into material technology of manufacturing and remanufacturing and surface treatment technology of the two child BBS, if production industry experts and scholars with analytical industry confused, for the sustainable development of Chinese industry find a way out, and at the same time hold material manufacturing technology achievement exhibition, exchange, exhibition platform for the industry.

About mine better
Guangzhou Lejia Additive Technology Co., Ltd. is located in guangzhou 3D Printing Industrial Park, Hejing South Road, Liwan District, Guangzhou. Lejia is a high-tech enterprise specializing in metal 3D printing equipment research and development, manufacturing, sales and metal 3D printing services. The company will adhere to the tenet of “multiple innovation, technology leading additive manufacturing”, adhere to the concept of “refinement, pragmatism, innovation, win-win”, and devote itself to becoming an international leading metal 3D printing solution provider.
One of the earliest metal 3D printing r&d teams in China:
Since 2002, we have independently developed SLM forming equipment dimetal-280, Dimetal-100 and Dimetal-50, and developed SLM equipment system master control software, path planning software and computer-aided process optimization software accordingly.
Most IP layout:
Since 2002, the company has laid out the core patents of SLM metal 3D printing equipment. So far, it has applied for more than 240 patents, authorized 35 domestic and foreign invention patents (including authorized PATENTS in the United States and Germany), and authorized 85 utility model, software copyright and appearance patents.
The earliest industrial application:
In 2007, it started to study the application of metal 3D printing in oral cavity. In 2011, it obtained the first 3D printing medical device product certification in China — Personalized lingual orthodontic bracket (Class II). At present, this product has been certified and sold in the United States, Sweden, Russia and other countries.
Domestic most complete product model:
Since 2002, dimetal-50, Dimetal-100, Dimetal-280, Dimetal-400 and other models of equipment have been developed, the most complete in China.
Rich experience in material process:
Currently, Laseradd DiMetal series of metal 3D printers can process various metal powders including titanium alloy, high temperature alloy, cobalt-chromium alloy, stainless steel and aluminum alloy, and will continue to develop richer materials to meet the needs of different customers.
Provide a variety of case solutions:
In the early stage, the company team provided a lot of solution services for dozens of hospitals in personalized implants, surgical guides, automotive functional parts and molds. The company will continue to provide equipment, processing services and integrated solutions for aerospace, automotive, life sciences, dental, industrial hand plate, mold production and other fields.
